Payment Policy

This Payment Policy outlines the payment terms for premium subscriptions offered through the Telugu Font Converter mobile application, operated by Singularity.

1. Payment Processor

All payments are securely processed through Razorpay Software Private Limited, a RBI-licensed payment aggregator compliant with PCI-DSS Level 1 security standards.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

• UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and other UPI apps
• Debit/Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, American Express
• Net Banking: All major Indian banks
• Wallets: Paytm Wallet, Amazon Pay (where available)

3. Currency

All prices are displayed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR). Taxes (GST) are included in the displayed price unless stated otherwise.

4. Pricing

Subscription pricing is displayed within the App before purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect active subscriptions until renewal.

5. Billing Cycle

• Subscriptions are billed upfront for the selected duration (monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc.).
• The billing period begins immediately upon successful payment.
• Auto-renewal may apply based on the package selected. You will be notified before renewal.

6. Payment Confirmation

• Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation within the App.
• A payment receipt will be sent to your registered email address.
• If premium features are not activated within 24 hours, please contact our support.

7. Failed Payments

• If a payment fails, no charges are applied and no subscription is activated.
• In case of a bank deduction without subscription activation, the amount will be auto-refunded by Razorpay within 5-7 business days.
• If the refund is not received within 7 business days, contact us with your transaction details.

8. Payment Security

• We do not store your card numbers, CVV, or banking credentials on our servers.
• All payment data is encrypted and handled exclusively by Razorpay's secure infrastructure.
• Our payment flow uses HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data transmission.

9. Invoice & Tax
