Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all premium subscriptions and in-app purchases made through the Telugu Font Converter mobile application, operated by Singularity.

1. Digital Products

Telugu Font Converter offers premium subscription packages that provide enhanced features such as ad-free experience, bulk conversion, and additional converter access. These are digital products delivered instantly upon successful payment.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription, we will refund the duplicate charges.
• Service Not Delivered: If your premium features were not activated within 24 hours of payment, you are eligible for a full refund.
• Technical Issues: If persistent technical issues prevent you from using premium features and we are unable to resolve them within 48 hours.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Change of mind after purchase
• Failure to use the subscription during the active period
• Account suspension due to violation of Terms & Conditions
• Partial usage of the subscription period

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the payment date:

• Include: Your registered email, transaction ID (from Razorpay receipt), and reason for refund.

5. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Razorpay may take additional 3-5 business days to reflect the refund in your account.

6. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App or by contacting us.
• Upon cancellation, your premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• No prorated refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing period.
